Receive / contact clients to get their requests and arrange all kinds of shipments, continue to follow up until completely finished: - Not miss or wrongly-arrange any shipment - Discuss with clients to know what kind of service they need and try best to offer service and get booking Check and solve internal / external problems related to shipments / clients: have contact with other BU’s staff to make sure shipments are well arranged Prompt action to clients’ requests (including sending quotation, checking shipment status, finding transport solution to meet client’s demands,… ): avoid any client’s complaints; in case clients complain, find out the reason and try to solve IT next time Responsibility: - Ensure that all shipments are arranged smoothly and clients are satisfied with the service we provide - Be responsible for the quotations sent to clients - Collect the exact information and report to Manager
