We are seeking for a Customer Service Manager to work in a fast moving, high growth company which designs, markets and sells luxury vacation ownership in our properties.
The individual will have responsibility for delivering and managing best services to the Company’s clients in the assigned area (North) – many thousands of whom will need contact with the company once or twice each year. Meanwhile the ideal candidate is the one who has high standard of care and can deliver excellent leadership to the Customer service team.
Our main service provided was to arrange accommodation for the client’s vacation every year to the desired destination in which has been listed.

• Coordinating with other departments and external partners to design, propose & implement the best service program to ensure that clients have the highest level of satisfaction in their vacation/holiday.
• Developing feedback or complaints procedures for clients to use.
• Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards.
• Delivery training and ensure the staffs being able to help & advice to Clients with tourism information, holiday enquiries, project information, and Company products & services.
• Leading the Service Department in the area to communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email, and letter and face-to-face.
• Motivate the team to exceed expectations to satisfy our clients
• Investigating and solving customers problems that have been passed on by team members or sales representatives.
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with Clients.
• Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service that the Company is providing and to ensure excellent Client satisfaction.
• Being involved in staff recruitment, appraisals, & training to deliver a high standard of customer service for ALMA nationwide.
• Leading or supervising a team of customer service managers and staffs in the country.
• Learning about Company products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
