- Working with customers who are students, lecturers, business partners at home and abroad (USA, Europe, Thailand, Singapore ..)
- Receive, coordinate and handle complaints/inquiries of tens of thousands of students or lecturers participating in programs
- Develop and coordinate activities of international Customer Care projects
- Coordinate with relevant departments to solve the problems received
- Income up to 30 million / month.
- Receive intensive training, black belt training through 20 training courses from company leaders
- Experience 3 positions in 12 months with 5 products in 6 countries.
- A clear promotion roadmap, rated for the salary increase of up to 50-80% / year, up to twice a year.
