- Manage General works at HCMC. Office
- Manage and be responsible for domestics market and HCMC. sales.
- Decide some issues on behalf of General Manager of HCMC. Office while the General Manager is on business trips.
- Manage and train sales team
- Contact and promote company’s products to Architects, Developers, Main-Contractors and Consultants.
- Make strategy (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for marketing Design door, and new products to the clients.
- Assess customers needs, explain and demonstrate technical descriptions and purposes.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing and new clients.
- Effectively plan sales and services activities in assigned territory to ensure that sales plans and targets are achieved.
- Resolve problems with products and services if any in short time and efficency.
Report to General Manager.
- Have at least 2 years experience in the Sales construction or Architecture relation technical field.
- Have wide business relationship in construction field.
- Have experience in manager or above.
- Fluent in English about writing, reading, listening and speaking.
- Open minded, faithful, moral, high responsibility.
