MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

In charge of some key tasks as below:
1. User Acquisitions:
- Making Digital User Acquisition Strategies, Plans and Executions to achieve KPI goals with Managements
- Leading all the strategies and executions of SEM, SEO, ASO, Social, Email Marketing, Affiliate, Alliance… for better User Acquisitions.
- Analyzing, tuning and optimizing all Digital campaigns for better Users Acquisition (included but not limited to CPM, CPI, CPA, CVR...)
- Other marketing jobs assigned by Marketing Head
2. Sales Promotions:
- Defines Promotions Strategies, Plans and Executions to achieve KPI goals with Managements.
- Participate in defining all the strategies and joint executions with other teams, partners, merchants to run Sales Promotions on all channels (App, Social, Ads, Email, SMS, FoS…)
- Analyze, tuning and optimizing all sale functions, campaigns, promotions for better sale metrics (Pay Users, Pay rate, ARPPU, Revenue...)
3. Reporting:
- To MKT Head with productivity / effectiveness / cost efficiency related metrics.
4. Vendor Management:
- Vendor Management

II. Requirement:
- Bachelor degree major in MKT, MBA
- At least 05 years working experience in MKT/E-commerce or Fintech operation in which at least 03 years in Management level
- Good at Digital Marketing especially Facebook ad, Google ad, Adnerwork
- Solid working experience in user acquisition through mobile: analys, utilize …
- Strong experience in E-commerce is preferable
- Good numeric and analytical skills.
- SEO, ASO, Performance Marketing, Social Mkt, Email & Mobile Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Automation, Analyzing, Presenting
- Active, result oriented, creative, problem solving, able to work under pressure, can-do attittue
III. Benefits:
- Salary: Negotiable
