All jobs related to assist to MC members, GD and Management Group.
1. To prepare and send out Members Council material hereunder preparing drafts of agendas and follow-up of action plans and to co-ordinate with colleagues to get their enclosures hereunder proof reading and checking consistency of information.
2. To keep track of and registering of legal agreements hereunder to update Joint Venture Charter and Contract when needed, registering legal agreements with authorities, preparing power of attorneys and updating lists for status of legal agreements. Moreover responsibility for updating of business certificate, investment license and other authority related work such as consular legalisation work, visa application work, etc.
3. To assist to MC and Group Management: during visits to OVN hereunder preparing agendas, week plan, etc.; to assist MC for travel such as booking hotel, air ticket, submitting/extending visa for MC members;
4. To assist to General Director: to arrange all related documents to GD included daily documents to/from, weekly/monthly report; to assist to GD in Agenda, minutes meetings; to assist GD in travel such as : hotel, air ticket booking, visa, work permit, resident card; to insert meeting on week plan for GD and upload to intranet.
5. To coordinate with other departments: to contact and coordinate with other Orana Group companies; to coordinate with AD in preparing/welcome visitors/guests of the company; to supervise the driver for GD and control the report for fuel, service of the car; to work with Accounting department in regard to finance work which related to GD and visitors.
6. Other tasks: to prepare company presentation and presentation for company information meetings / company conversions and similar; to apply visa for staff to have business trip aboard and assist other staff from Orana Group in granting Vietnam visa; to contact with agency to book ticket, travel insurance for staff; to prepare travel plan, travel request for staff; to contact with authority to apply for work permit, resident card for foreign staff; to do translation documents and interpreter when required.
• Perform any other ad hoc work, assigned by General Director, MC members, Management group.

- University degree, major in Administrative/Clerical/Business Administration.
- Advanced English.
- Good command of MS Office.
- 13th month salary and Yearly evaluation bonus
- Insurance according to company policy (24/24, health care insurance for employee above 2 years)
- Dynamic and friendly working environment + Working time: Monday- Friday 7h-16h
