We are seeking an experienced Group HR Director with superb people skills and an international outlook who will nurture and reinforce Citysmart Group’s culture and values by leading the group’s corporate strategy, planning, policies and operations on all HR matters. You will develop and supervise the roll-out of HR policies, systems, programs and initiatives and ensure they are run smoothly, effectively and aligned to company overall business objectives and HR needs. You are part of BOD and reports directly to Chairman, you will be supported by the unit HR Managers/Directors and CEOs/GDs.
Your duties will include implement strategies that support business growth, supervise HR Managers/Directors and provide guidance, improve HR processes and policies, oversee employee needs, development, grievances and disputes, improve job satisfaction, develop and oversee HR initiatives, onboarding/offboarding procedures, oversee HRMS/implementation and its prevalent use to ensure optimal processes and effective use of resources, budgeting, lead with support from the various heads, to develop staffing, training and development, performance evaluation, develop compensation, health and benefits plan, and ensuring due compliance with (local) regulation across the group.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
• Develop and roll out HR policies, programs and initiatives across the group.
• Manage full cycle of recruitment, negotiate employment agreements and ensure effective development of talent pipeline.
• Budgeting and working with various heads to forecast staffing needs.
• Structuring of compensation and benefits packages.
• Develop and enforce accountability mechanism to ensure effective rollout of initiatives and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations by working with the respective unit Heads/HRs.
• Manage staff welfare, workplace wellness and performance management cycle.
• Develop recruitment strategy; this may include job posting optimization, third-party recruitment agencies and use of social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and networking means to source candidates.
• Design and direct training programs to create upskilling opportunities for employees growth and development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with relevant work experience
• Strong leadership, people, organizational and communication skills
• Strategic thinking ability and being highly organized, detailed oriented and systematic in tackling problems
• Knowledge of HR management and practices, employment legislations and regulations with the mindset/processes to remain abreast and adhere to such developments
• Experience in managing multi-country HR teams
• Computer literacy
