Department/Unit : Sales & Distribution

Report to : Head of Sales
Job Summary
The key purpose is to develop/lead Direct Sales Hanoi, setup Direct Sales Hanoi to generate and fulfill the set sales target, COA, productivities... This includes the responsibility of coaching, training the sales team to perform respective sales process professionally and effectively in compliance with related external and internal requirements/regulations
The role is also responsible for seeking possible opportunities to promote and improve business of Direct Sales in Hanoi area
Accountabilities
1. Sales operation planning, management and monitoring
- Do the planning over the structure of the channel in HANOI in order to reach the goals set by the company
- Develop sales force with adequate qualification and competence to deliver the assigned targets.
- Create, promote and maintain a good organizational culture in within the channel/department
- Manage and ensure the compliance of the operation of the channel towards related requirements/regulations
- Manage daily operation of the channel
- Develop and/or maintain related reports, trackers to monitor the status of sales operation
- Report to and follow the direction and instruction by senior managers related to sales operation to ensure the overall goals of the company is well managed in an appropriate manner to compliant with related requirements/regulations
- Support senior managers as requested to deliver the common goal of the department/company
2. Sales planning, delivering and tracking
- Deliver sales targets assigned to the channel timely
- Propose and execute incentive scheme, other bonus programs for the channel
- Setting up SMART target for sales teams
- Ensure related indexes incl. sales productivity, approval rate, sales cost, … are delivered appropriately
- Develop and/or maintain related reports, trackers to monitor the sales achievement of the channel
- Report to and follow the direction and instruction by senior managers related to sales target delivery to ensure the overall goal of Sales & Distribution is achieved
3. People development, training and motivation
- Recruit and develop needed resource for the channel as per business request and approval by senior managers
- Develop and training for staff for better result from them
- Motivate the team to contribute their best to the development of the channel/department/company
1. Education Background: Bachelor Degree, Business Management major is preferable
2. Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years sales management experience, experience in consumer finance is preferable.)
3. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge , Skill, Abilities)
− Basic knowledge : advance knowledge of financial services.
− Competencies : Sales, Leadership, Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication
− Computer skill :MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
− Languages capability : English communication in advance level
