Navigos Searchs Client is one of Top 5 Commercial Banks in Vietnam. Theyre looking for potential senior candidate for Head of R&D - IT Innovation Center:
o Research and propose new approaches to new technology and practical application in banks to improve technological competitiveness, improve service quality and pioneer in new areas
o Develop the overall IT strategy and ensure continuity with the entire business strategy.
Key account abilities:
o Responsible for the research of advanced technology solutions, technological improvements and industry development trends in the market; apply innovative innovations to solve big challenges.
o Ensure that creative ideas be searched and recognized, planning for analysis and development.
o Responsible for developing strong relationships with various research and improvement teams, bank departments to understand and capture innovation activities across the bank.
o Responsible for developing external relationships with technology communities to understand and capture regional and global creative activities.
o Responsible for organizing events, such as hackathons, training programs, idea experiments, etc.
Create changes and impacts on the information technology system through the initiatives and new technologies implementation for business and technology solutions.
2. Risk Management and Compliance:
o Control and ensure departmental activities comply with policies, regulations, procedures and guidelines issued
o Identify the departments risks in the operation process, coordinate with relevant units to develop measures to calculate, assess and minimize risks
2. Human Resources Management:
o Develop human resource plan, coordinate with HR department to develop a mechanism to assign, record and evaluate the performance of employees, ensure to maintain adequate and quality resources in the department.
o Organize training, career development orientation for employees, foster and build resource officers for the department
o Performing other jobs task assigned by Director of the Division.
o Lead members to participate in the banks organizational culture event
