Job Responsibilities:
General Admin (GA):
o Handle general office administrative works, such as office supplies, equipment and facilities’ repair & maintenance works, arrange and monitor cleaning service, insurance arrangement, management of office environment
o Responsible for all Premises Leasehold Management, fit out and maintenance works which includes office, service station, distribution hub and warehouse etc.
o Responsible for all procurement management works includes Centralized Procurement from HQ as well as local purchase within the country; such as operating materials and uniform, operating equipment, assets, office assets, office suppliers, travel ticket, accommodation arrangement, stationaries, etc.
o Responsible for inventory management of operating materials; includes the process of collecting the request, ordering, delivery, inspection, inventory control and maintain a safety stock level etc.
o Responsible of assets management for all assets within the country
o Facilitate and implement the administrative policies and procedures issued by HQ and revert comments on the policies and procedures for enhancement when necessary
o Prepare and submit administrative related reports
o Perform any other duties required from time to time
Human Resources (HR)
Assist in all human resources general activities;
o Administer HR policies & procedures for recruitment, training, employee relations, staff activities, staff exit arrangement
o Recruit employees at junior level; prepare interview for senior level recruitment
o Responsible for monthlyr egular report to DOLISA & PIT
o Leave administration and HR reports

Kinh nghiệm
Không yêu cầu
o University graduate in relevant HR Management
o Minimum 2 years’ working experience in HR and administration
o Proven ability to produce high quality analysis reports
o Flexibility, highly organized and able to handle multi-tasks
o Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
o Good command of spoken and written Chinese Mandarin
o Good team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
o Knowledge of Microsoft office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HR systems
