* GENERAL MISSION
- Responsible for personnel recruitment & training in all the positions, ensure in the shortest time recruit successfully qualified staff and best suits the company as well
* TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for all recruitment activities: Post recruitment ads, screen applications, set up interview appointments, select shorted lists, and complete the hiring process to make sure the number and quality of candidates meet the personnel requests of Head of departments
- Follow up the staff quality valuation after recruited
- Sort and filing the documents of HR department
- Update the database of all employees
- Responsible for reporting on the recruitment by week, month and year as requested by Head of department
- Support Human Resources Manager in training section (identifies training needs, prepare training documents, training class, evaluate training results, etc)
- Review and tabulate employee attendance sheets for payroll preparation monthly. Control annual leaves of all employees.
- Make all reports related to to Social Insurance, health insurance (increase and decrease in number of staff, claim for sickness and maternity)
- Prepare labor contracts for staff that passes probation period and extensions expired contracts
- Support Human Resources Manager in employee relations section (organizing periodical events of company to rise up culture and teamwork among employees, such as: Year-end staff party, summer outing, Family day, charity activity, monthly staff birthday party, etc)
- And other tasks of Human Resource department as assigned by Human Resources Manager
* FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To improve the performance of manpower as well as develop better service for hotel guests through recruiting right person for the right place, training and human resources management system which creates staff loyalty and commitment.
* HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- To keep at anytime a perfect grooming
- To build up good relationships with co-workers/manager and other departments in the hotel.
- To support colleagues/other departments in the hotel to run the job duties smoothly.
- To undertake all training as required (eg, first aid, health and safety, customer service)
- Be responsible for adhering to Hotel staff rules and regulations a detailed in the hotel staff handbook.
* ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible to process the visa/work permit application procedure for expats
- Be in charge of other administrative procedures as assigned by Head of department
