I.Main duties and responsibilities:
-Planning for recruitment. Selecting & arranging for recruitment by email/phone and keeping notice.
-Attending the job fair and hiring activities in school or in charge to organize for job fair external.
-Update the hiring situation based on every section’s demand.
-Full preparing for welcome new comer
-Orientation training for new comer as regarding to company policy, regulation and JPN’s culture.
-Periodical training for whole factory for maintain company policy, regulation and keep updated with labor law if necessary.
-Making plan of training indoor and outdoor yearly.
-Planning the training program periodically set up the training inside/outside, evaluation result of training.
3.Evaluation (Performance Labor contract)
-Set up evaluation system.
-Quarterly and yearly evaluation and making bonus files.
-Maintain evaluation file
-Getting the personnel information as well as update the weekly, monthly and yearly report for turnover rate /training rate/evaluation rate/maternity leave.
-Human Resource Related report to local authority department in periodical and/or regarding to requirement.
-Keep the good relating with/among HR is wide range.
-Coordination with Union Organization on keeping good relation among related parties as well maintaining equal working condition for Employee.
-Assisting to GA’s leader and staff on related issue Union organization and others activities in Company event’s namely: Tet Party, summer holiday, Union issue….
-Assisting to Accounting and others department on some related issues.
-Other tasks/issues if required.
-Direct report to manager of GA/HR and General Director.
-Keep good communication among GD/Manager/Leader/Employees.
-Keep good communication/reporting with General Director.
