We are looking for a HR Supervisor for a manufacturing company as detail: Assist the team in charge of monthly attendance tables, payrolls and conduct procedures related to employees Communicate programs and guidelines to help managers and employees understand all aspects of the compensation program laws related to labor codes, taxes, insurance Prepare planning and analysis reports Manage monthly salary Consolidate the part of managing overtime / monthly leave Perform all reports and activities related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax Manage and update the information system / human resources database Managing and operating employee contracts Prepare and manage all periodic labor reports as required by the government
