* Recruitment
- Recruit staffs upon request, which involves supporting other departments to develop job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Build talent database and manage HR agencies to expand candidate sources
- Make recruitment plan and recruitment budget, ensure effective recruitment with suitable budget.
* Compensation & Benefit
- Monthly payroll, SHUI and PIT and labor cost report
- Annual PIT audit
- In charge of benefits listed in employee benefit policies from planning to execution and giving ideas for improvement
* Training
- Assist in training activities including new comer introduction, orientation, training survey upon request.
- Carry out internal & external training as planned
* Company event
- In charge of all company events such as Tet Party, company trip… and ensure all events are successfully organized with assigned KPIs
- Review after each events to learn experience for improvement
* Others
- Usually update and report line manager on regulations, laws related to in charged tasks
- Make and control budget of in charged tasks
- Make and update internal policies related to in charged tasks
- Filing and saving all documents carefully
- Report employees relationship that affects to employee morale and productivity to HR Manager
- Visa, work permit for Japanese expats
