* Compensation & Benefits
- Process monthly payroll, insurances, and realize company’s policies on compensation and benefits for expat staffs.
- Follow up and summarize the results of quarterly and annually performance review.
- Process labour contracts, personnel amendment or termination procedures for expat staff.
- Implement exit interview.
- Coordinate in organizing staff activities/ functions (birthday party, social activities, caring and sharing activities, outing-trip, year-end party, etc.)
- Provide HR support and advice to staff in matters relating to C&B, company policies & procedures.
- Prepare HR reports sending to local authorities concerned (Insurance, DOLISA, etc.)
- Prepare internal monthly and yearly HR reports.
* Immigration services
- Co-ordinate with recruitment team for immigration issues preparation for expatriates; Support with visa letters for new expatriates and guests nationwide.
- In charge of visa and temporary resident cards application and renewal for foreign employees.
- In charge of work permit procedures in Hanoi and Hai Phong location, including new work permit application, follow up with the work permit expiration and remind the concerned staff for their preparation and support with the renewal procedures.
- Provide induction to foreign teachers when they first come to work on the Companies’ policies on work permit, visa and other related immigration issues in Vietnam.
- Support with health check-up for expatriates.
* HR Administration works
- Keep expats database in filing, both hard copy and soft copy.
- Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DOET, DOLISA, Immigration Department, etc.).
- Provide admin support services to other departments/ staff for company daily activities and events for centres.
