MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Our client is one of the leading and most reputable financial companies in Vietnam. They have branches and transaction offices in many major cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City.
This role will architect, design, plan, organize, and implement enterprise wide, scalable technologies to support overall operations and ensure the stable operation of the companys IT computing, storage, network system. Job holder will maintain and establish enterprise-wide standard platforms and services supporting servers, storage, desktops, data networks, voice networks, and security. This role requires a high-energy, results-oriented leader with robust infrastructure experience and a proven track record for success in delivering high performance, continuous improvement. The responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Maintain existing and design and implement all infrastructure systems solutions and technologies including, but not limited to, LANs, WANs, Internet connectivity, intranet, security, wired and wireless connectivity.
- Plan and deploy infrastructure security measures.
- Provide proactive solutions to monitor and maintain the health of the network and all storage and server devices connected to the network and provides reports demonstrating healthy performance on a regular basis.
- Manage the network system to support the operation; ensure the availability of the operational support materials, monitor facilities and the alert notifications.
- Design the operation report system to ensure the status of the network is presented accurately, clearly and efficiently.
- In charge of the risk management at the technical aspect, including determining, resolutions proposing and conduct; review and assessment after resolving.
- Plan and conduct guiding and training for team members on technical aspects.
- Define and oversee the KPI of the team as well as the KPI/ SLA performance of human resources; propose enforcement and improvement methods.

+ Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Mathematics, Electrics and Telecommunications or related subjects.
+ At least 7 years of experience in network administration and system administration.
+ Experience with Network Infra Design, implementations, operations and troubleshooting L2/L3/L4
+ Experience in supporting Windows environments
+ Excellent understanding of various operating system internals, clustering, HA, event debugging and issue resolution.
+ Good understanding of the following are:
+ Network modeling and methods: OSI, TCP/IP, IPv6, IP address management, DNS, DHCP, layer 2 switching (VLAN, VTP, interval routing), layer 3 routing (OSPF, BGP, routing protocols versus routed protocols), WAN optimization; DHCP, DNS, RDS and Certificate Services.
+ Network Security technology: Firewalls, Layer 7, IPSec, VPN.
+ Networking/distributed computing concepts: Routing, bridging and switching, voice over IP, voice systems and services, security principles.
+ Networking hardware and software: Cisco, Check Point Software; VMware, Hyper-V and other virtualization technologies.
+ Experience of working in the financial/ banking organization is an advantage.
+ Mentor network team members on technical issues and network technical training.
+ Experience in identifying, analyzing and risk management at a large and complex data
+ Experience using and mentoring on the use of MS Project and MS Project.
+ Good at English
