- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems, from in-house software to hardware, such as smartphone, Laptops, PCs and Printers.
- Have good soft skills in communication with users to analyze the issue and guide them to get the right system operator.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Provide basic suppoting in MS Office applications used within the Association ( Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint )
- Publishing support documentation to assist staff with requests for infomation & provide staff training if required.
- Basic Active Directory knowledge. Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups etc.
- Arrange for follow-up of external support by suppliers, based on underpinning agreements.
- Updating & Maintaining the Asset Database and tracking of Changes.
- Basic Vmware Horizon knowledge.
