The project proposes an innovative, integrated approach to promote education reform. The Education Project Manager will be based in Hanoi. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with limited oversight in a multicultural environment. He/she will have a passion for development with a strong desire to succeed in business development. The ability to multi-task, meet client demands and deadlines, as well as prioritize among competing priorities are also essential skills for the successful candidate. The main responsibility will be to manage several projects in Education and Capacity Building fields in order to achieve project goal, objectives, milestones and targets. This includes supporting the design of project proposals and services with local - international experts, providing technical, project and financial management expertise and managing a network of experts and partners..
