A. Job Overview : • Calling for customer identification; the information related to the loan; check on the system match the verifiable information by telephone (Credit Underwriting) • Assist the customer in completing the procedures required by KYC Dept • Identify and response to customers in accordingly KYC Dept • Working with report and support Team leader B. Job Responsibilities: • Verification professional, friendly and high quality KYC • Ensure effective escalation and timely follow up as promised to customers • Undertake other task assigned by KYC Leader

A. Knowledge and experience • College or University degree • At least one-year experience in KYC or Call Center or Credit Underwriting • Strong communication skills with clear and expressive voice • Strong in Customer Service skill, a team player with commitment • Abilities to deal with different kind of customers • Able to work with multi-task and working under high performance • Telephone skill and time management • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,.. • English speaking, writing and listening • Good understanding of financial products. Experience in Fintech is a plus • Strong attention to detail, analytical skill and multi-tasking skill are desired.
