Legal Assistant

Navigos Group - a leading Recruiting services Provider in Vietnam is hiring a self motivated Legal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of all legal services and to provide legal advisory to company.
As a Legal Assistant, you will take on responsibilities of:
• Reviewing documents, contracts between the Company and Clients/partners
• Ensuring administration of documents, licenses, permits & documents stamping in proper manners.
• Managing priority list of Legal departments
• Providing advisory to Business Unit regarding their contracts
• Communicating with Government authorities
• Other tasks assigned by Legal Executive or Finance Director

We expect a successful candidate have the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher qualification
• 1 or 2 years’ experience in managing legal affairs in a foreign invested company and/or working for a law firm specializing in business.
• Good command in English.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Careful, detailed-oriented, time management
