Our client is an American BBQ restaurant chain. They are looking for high qualified candidate: Operations Manager (F&B).
Report to: Director of Operations
Supervises: Restaurant Managers and FOH Staff
Working location: HCMC
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Understanding Mission, Vision and Values of company and implementing every directive in accordance to achieving the big picture.
Takes responsibility for business performance of the restaurant chain and achieves operational objectives by preparing action plans, implementing quality and customer service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, determining system improvements and implementing change.
Analyzes and plans restaurant sales levels & profitability, analyzes variances and initiating corrective actions.
Organizes marketing activities, events, off-site catering and promotions.
Prepares weekly & monthly reports, including sales, expenses, staff control, and food control.
Co-ordinates multiple locations to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
Performs ongoing quality control checks and takes appropriate measures to correct failing standards.
Creates and executes plans for staff development.
Sets budgets and/or agrees them with owners/shareholders.
Plans & coordinates menus, portion control and waste minimization.
Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Meets & greets customers, provides ‘can do’ service at all times, resolves all customer enquiries and complaints.
Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
Comply with legal regulations, act as intermediary with local police and authorities.
Controls stock levels, ordering & receiving of goods.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and sales representatives.
Assists in any area of the restaurant operations when circumstances dictate.
