OVERVIEW
Manage and control stores operation, ensure the sales targets, costs and profits through sales activities, customer service, and promotional activities.
Participate in formulating, training and developing human resources for daily store operating.
This position is an official employee in Seven System Vietnam JSC, qualified candidate will work at HQ in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creating, implementing, and executing strategic plan
– Creating action plan of Store Operations monthly, quarterly and annually
– Creating and proposing monthly, quarterly, annually sales target for each store, store chain and execute successfully those targets
– Coordinating with related departments to develop short term and long term business plans for the Company
– Preparing and implementing related market research, synthesize information and conduct report to create business plan, formulate operations policy to improve sales and profits for each store
2. Building system
– Creating job assignments for Operations team members, detailed description for each position and allocating human resources to achieve efficiency
– Creating store operations procedures for store operations, coordinating with related department formulating company procedures and regulations
– Participating in formulating store employees training materials
– Formulating regulations and policies for each store location, applying the most suitable store operating procedure following 7-Eleven standards
– Collaborating with the Human Resources Department to develop staff assessment regulations and periodic performance review
– Regularly evaluating and improving operational procedures, standards and service quality, and new model of operating for each store
3. Building Operations Team
– Developing a staff recruitment plan for operations team members, and store employees
– Managing human resources training in operations team, build a professional, enthusiastic team following the company culture
– Managing human resources training for store employees following 7-Eleven standards
4. Coordinate operating and hold accountable for store operations
– Managing operating cost (labor cost, equipment cost, store supplies cost …)
– Ensuring store operations following 7-Eleven standards at each store
– Monitoring and analyzing business efficiency and customer service of the store chain weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually to make forecasts and come up with action plans; proposing new activities or improve quality and procedure
– Collaborating with related departments to solve contingencies happen in store
– Direct store managers improving customers service in store
5. Advisory
– Advise the Operations Director, CEO on issues related to store operations
– Other related assignments from Operations Director and CEO

Kinh nghiệm
Không yêu cầu
– Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Operations, Marketing …
– Experience: At least 4 – year experience in retail business, former store chain manager or store chain supervisor (3 years)
– Specialized skill: Formulate strategic short – term and long term plan
– Expertise in making presentation, communicating, managing, training and formulating plan and objective
– Characteristics: Responsible and positive thinking
