Job Description:
1 Oversee Factory Operations & managed day to day Operations & deadlines to meet shipment dates
3 Provide guidance for operational efficiency
4 Initiate and develop strategies to address operational issue
5 Established performance Key performance indicator
6 Meet Operations and cost objective to achieve business target & goals
7 Implement/Suggestion of Cost reduction / Operational Improvement related Projects
8 Ensure Daily 5S, Safety & coordination of the Factory activities are executed in organized timely order
9 Build factory continuous improvement culture base on Kaizen activities or lean methodology
10 Initiate, Plan, Execute ,Control and close assigned Project to achieve objective like cost saving, Product transfer, set up or other operations initiative benefit the factory using best practices and method
11 Lead & build up function groups or team spirit in the factory
12 Identify gaps & provide recommendations on opportunities on business process stream-lining to optimized process operations performances
13 Factory tour & Liaison point with Customer
14 Discipline and strict on Factory as well as impartial when analysis situation.
15 Ensure that all plans must be carry out are manufactured correct ,cost effective & timely manner in alignment with specification & quality requirement
16 Build an international level standard culture
17 Responsible for Facilities maintenance and safety compliance
Responsibility:
1 Ensure that employees comply with policies, procedures, regulations and punishment of company.
2 Ensure to do training/Coaching are carry out per plan.
3 Ensure daily 5S , Safety guidelines are carry out and sustained
4 Ensure all Discipline are execute as well as be fair and impartial to have a rational decision
5 Ensure all Daily operations & plans are carry out smoothly to meet Objective
6 Ensure all operations process are optimized
7 Build up the team in the factory base on international standards
8 Ensure all Operational Cost related to P/L are capture into system
9 Chair Weekly operations Meeting / Meetings related to operations
10 Promote factory to use system
11 Check Daily function group status and plans to meet objective
12 Ensure all operational in factory is organized & neatly
13 Ensure all Key performance , Objective & goal set are meet
14 Drive constant improvement of 5 % - 10 % yearly in operational cost or efficiency or productivity
15 Prepare monthly report on operational status

Qualification requirement for Operations Manager:
1 University Graduated / Degree holder
2 At least 5 years’ experience in production/Operations environment & Management level
3 Have a High sense of responsibility
4 A Process Driven person with good business acumen & strong drive
5 Possess Excellence leadership skill ,analytical, Planning, execution ,Problem solving & communication skill
6 Flexible ,Adaptable & able to work under High pressure
7 Good interpersonal skill & relate well to all level of staff ,suppliers and customers
8 Able to communicate English fluently
9 Proficient in Computer /System
10 Experience in ISO Knowledge for ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001 , OSHA 18001 (Both set up and sustain)
11 Team player
12 International Manufacturing mindset & Forward thinking
13 Have to be Impartial & sound rational decision making
14 Have OUTDOOR manufacturing Furniture experience – Is an advantage to have but NOT a must
Authority:
1 Authority to hire and replacement of staff for all department managed
2 Authority to do evaluation for staffs and worker for all department managed.
3 Authority to give idea for evaluation replated departement.
4 Authority to change planning if cannot meet operations requirement needs
5 Authority overwrite all other managers suggestion if it does not benefit the factory profitability
6 Authority to change Factory Policy if it does not meet ISO requirement
7 Managed , Production , Quality , Planning , Purchasing & warehouse department
8 Report to the Board of Directors
