Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes for production.• Lead the QA team to ensure product quality meets buyer standards and requirements. • Monitor and improve inspection procedures and defect prevention measures. • Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP), including root cause analysis and solutions, in response to buyer claims.• Train the QA team and monitor the factory’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with buyer standards. • Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. • Guide QA personnel to improve their quality management skills and awareness. Conduct periodic training on QMS, SOPs, and 6S for QA and QC staff. • Summarize and analyze weekly QA inspection reports: inline, pre-final, and final stages.

- Bachelor's degree in Sewing Technology or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment. • Deep knowledge of production processes, sewing techniques, and materials (fabric, trims, hardware). • At least 2 years of experience in QA management for backpack and handbag production. • Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and compliance standards. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Effective communication skills to coordinate with production teams, and customers. • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Able to communicate effectively in English in both spoken and written forms.
