Primary objectives
- Execute recruiting plans and recruiting process
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, universities, social media, and employees to identify and source candidates
- Perform administrative duties and record-keeping
Administrative tasks (60%)
1. Be in charge of procurement, facility management, fixed assets and repairs, office hygiene (air conditioning, fan, tables, curtains, doors, etc.)
2. Be responsible for monitoring and setting up a place for new employee (include hiring a new location if necessary)
3. Prepare lunch order for staff in Hanoi
4. Prepare procedures for interns and official foreign workers before coming to work in Vietnam including: contact for Visa information, book hotel, set up computer and looking for home stay (if necessary)
5. Carry out the work permit procedures for foreign staff to work in Vietnam.
6. Monitor, manage and update business licenses registration and international tour license
7. Create and edit administrative documents
8. Make a Foreign Affairs List for each event
Recruitment tasks (40%)
1. Implementing recruitment from the beginning till the end including: Collecting recruitment needs from line departments, execute recruiting plans, create and manage job descriptions, research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, create and post job advertisements, short-list CVs, conduct telephone interviews and organize interviews, interview the candidates at the first round
2. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
3. Support / advise other offices and branches in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang in preparing, job posting and recruiting foreign trainees
4. Develop recruitment networks through social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, forums and universities
5. Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees
6. Prepare and send offer packages and new employee orientation packages
7. Perform other special projects as assigned

Kinh nghiệm
Không yêu cầu
- At least 3 year experience working in recruitment (including at least 2 years in interview candidates directly) & admin
- Fluent in English language
- Have good knowledge of multiple areas of recruitment methodology
- Strong analytical, interview and strong decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and priorities work
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive
- University: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR management or business administration or other related majors
