1. Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identify potential customers and relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
· Generating, creating and developing new business leads and setting appointments
· Attain revenue and gross profit target and acquire new potential accounts through outdoor sales to potential customers to meet and exceed revenue targets set per KPIs cascaded down
· Maintaining regular contact and following up on leads with existing clients to determine their newly needs
· To team up with all team members to achieve all objectives and goals that are given to team
· Developing the business relationship with customers, looking for the opportunity to expand the business from current customer base widen the business
2. Job Description:
· Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
· Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
· Contribute to improvements in the best practices in sales, and strategic approaches to an account
· Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
· Making sales presentations to prospective clients
· Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits
· Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
· Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
· Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
· Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings
