Accountabilities:
- Develop Annual Sales Training plan for the Regions in charge in conjunction with RCM, RKAM, HR Partner and regional market execution team based on specific training needs analysis.
- Monitor effectiveness of Training and Coaching Programs through Training Dashboard, Pre and Post KPIs
- Working close with RCMs, HR Partner to identify room for improvement in Sales/Commercial Capability of the Regions
- Translate Company Execution Objectives (RED, Green, Revenue, Channel Focus) into SMART training goals to the regions, measure KPIs and implement To do list, Action Plan to improve capability and focus of each Regions
- Implement specific training for different channels to ensure Vertical Growth based on cascading of RTM Manager and Sales Capabilities Manager and based on Channel Focus of each Regions/ Channels
- Support Course Designer to design Material for Channels SRs/TSMs/KA Managers
Key responsibilities:
- Lead master sales training agenda throughout the year based on business needs
- Lead training content and curriculum for all Sales force and Commercial based on business needs
- Certified for Sales Trainer Team
- Design Sales Career Roadmap and Performance Assessment for KA Sales Force
- Set up the monitoring system to track KPIs, effectiveness of training/coaching model and Post training evaluation
- Recruit trainers, develop and build strong Sales Cap KA team
- Support Course Designer to design Material for Channels – internal and Co-programs with customers
- Develop Selling Stories
Bachelor’s degree in business or Commercial
At least 5 years’ experience as sales training in Sales/Marketing/Comercial
3 years in Sales Training/ Sales Capability Development
FMCG background is preferable
