Senior Design Architect (Master Plan, Architecture, Interior)

- Work collaboratively with our team in the production of architectural documents through all stages of a project
- Coordinates and integrates the work of external contractors, suppliers and professionals.
- Takes responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables.
- Provide design and modelling support to the lead architects and management staff
- Bring design ideas and initiative to the collective design process
- Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines
- Pro-actively sharing of information, actively asking for feedback and instruction
- Assist with client presentations and attend project meetings
- Assist with flow of information between different parties, in both English and Vietnamese.

- Professional degree in Architecture from 7 years relevant working experience post-graduation
- Sufficient proficiency in English
- Skills in producing, diagrams, renders and architectural visualizations in general.
- Pro-active and self-motivated with ability to work
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate understanding of detailing, building technology, construction techniques, related engineering principles, and sustainability strategies
- Preferred proficient in the following software: Revit, Autocad, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Rinoceros, Photoshop, Indesign, and MS Office
- Entry-level/ intermediate understanding of local and/or international regulations/ standards
- Confident or experienced working on complex, large scale projects
- Confident working in an international environment.
