1. Employee Data and Systems
Establish and maintain HRM system
Support others users in the use of data & system
Process personnel data changes, new hires, status changes, dependants number, terminations, etc in the system
2. HR Staffing
Collects, organizes and maintains a variety of confidential employment related records, files,
Onboarding for new hires
Assures proper storage, organization and retrieval of information of HR records
Prepare documents in relation to employees ( promotion, demotion, documents for termination purpose, certificates etc.) ensuring high standard quality and timeliness criteria are always met.
Follow up probation evaluations/ contract renewal evaluations and prepare labor contract within the required timeframe
Prepare & provide staff list to related stakeholders when required
Get fingerprints for new hires; scan and file employees personal records
Manage payroll process , bonus calculation, Statutory Insurances, PIT, employee benefits as company policy.
Resolve employee queries regarding salary and benefit
Annual leave record
Maintain certificate Iso 9001 and 14001
Insurance/PIT
Administer employee SI, UI, HI insurance including preparing monthly & supporting documents to SI authority/issue & close SI book / submit a document of Sick leave, maternity leave, etc. for the process to claim SI benefit & payment for employee. Provide guidelines on Medical insurance and issue Insurance cards
Issue tax code and register employees dependants information on governments tax system
3. Office Admin management
Office management, pantry, stationary, office rental and other office essentials management
Vendors management.
