JOB SCOPE:
The primary scope of this role is to assist CEO and Country Sales and Specialties Leader for data management, infrastructure, process, strategy of Sales operations. This position will create and implement high quality reporting and insights to advise our internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
1. DATA MANAGEMENT:
• Manage CPU team to control the quality of data input into E-Global including Broking module, client information, and report to business heads on a monthly basis;
• Conduction Training on TRS for end-users periodically ;
2. SALESFORCE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION:
a. SFDC:
• Weekly review all pipeline activities to ensure user compliance on
Opportunity value
Close date
Effective date
Stage versus probability.
• Check the close won in SFDC versus Actual in Eglobal on monthly basis
• Implement the Global/Regional projects, if any
• Training new and existing staff, if and when required Quarterly “refresher” course
• Ensure SFDC is updated for monthly sales conference
• Ensure unadjusted amount to “2.5 times” metric once budget allocated
• Be responsible for everything sales data related, from tracking goals and handling sales workflows to create pipeline visibility and building forecast.
b. E Global:
• User / input quality management
• Training where required
c. Qlikview:
• Data report generation where required for both Clients and Insurant Markets
d. Development support:
• Undertake research requests for Aon Bangalore
• LMP: research databases as required
• Record Non-negotiable items and follow up if needed on monthly basis
• Arrange monthly team meetings and prepare the agenda/content
• Prepare income report analysis
3. SALES OPERATION:
• Provide analytics and reporting support for CEO and Country Sales & Specialties leader, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, quarterly and annual reports
• Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations
• Work with the CEO and Country Sales & Specialties Leaders to develop effective training program for Sales Team
4. SALES DEVELOPMENT AND COORDINATION:
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products via successful completion of required sales training program
• Work with CEO and Country Sales & Specialties to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Team. Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Aon Values
• Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Team and address calls for the most general business issues.
5. OTHER TASKS:
• Branding management
• Marketing:
Assist with organizing any local events i.e. client conferences, seminars etc
Understand and champion Aon branding standards
• Bidding: Coordinate with brokers to produce the bidding
• Calculation of Sales award
• Submit compliance form as required
• Aon Choice Escalation
• Manage the diary / expenses submission for HCM Executive Director ( Tim) and Sales Leader
• Others assigned tasks.
