Planning & Executing Marketing CampaignsAnalyze customer needs, competitors, and market trends to develop effective marketing plans.Build landing pages and communication channels for the company.Execute integrated communication campaigns across multiple channels: digital (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.), offline (events, activations, etc.), and advertising networks.Create marketing content and coordinate with design and production teams to ensure creativity and alignment with campaign objectives.Campaign Management & MonitoringDevelop detailed timelines for each marketing activity and assign clear responsibilities.Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance based on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).Ensure campaigns are executed on schedule, optimize budget allocation, and achieve targeted results.Proactively recommend improvements and innovative solutions to enhance communication effectiveness.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular reports on progress, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.Consolidate data, extract insights, and evaluate performance to inform future campaigns.Maintain comprehensive records and data related to customers, partners, and campaign results.

Yêu cầu

Candidate RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields such as Communications, Information Technology, etc.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.Preferred experience in education, finance, or premium service industries.Strong knowledge and practical experience with advertising platforms: Ads Networks, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads…Proficiency in measurement and optimization tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Reporting, Data Studio, etc.Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and time-management skills.Highly proactive, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.Fluency in English is a plus
