On grounds of the continuous expansion demand for more dynamic, professional and dedicated staff, we are looking for and making the opportunity for Senior Project Manager/Project Manager – Design candidates to join our project.
Location: Quang Nam Province
Department: Project Management – Design
* Responsibilities:
• Provide close support to AVP /SPM - Design in all activities related to design of the project
• Maintain proper coordination among different internal teams (Project Management, Design, Commercial, Structural/Civil, MEP, Safety)
• Interview and recommendation of design consultants
• Master layout plan coordination and preparation by design consultants
• Coordinate with operators and users for the operational requirements and design criteria
• Facilitate coordination for conceptual design, schematic design and design development in aspects of architectural, interior design, façade, landscape, golf court, etc.
• Manage design development, coordination and presentation in BIM system
• Supervise the progress of design development, design coordination, drawing issuance, shop drawings and materials submission and approval, and design problems solving to ensure smooth accomplishment of project milestones
• Manage and review mock-ups and sample constructions
• Prepare presentations and recommendations of designs to the operators and users
• Manage and supervise the designers’ resident design team and quality control team
• Recommend alternate designs, materials and methods that required to safe time, improve quality and reduce costs
• Review commercial contracts and progress payments

Yêu cầu

• A holder of degree of architectural or design related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design and design management of real estates
• Hotel, casino and golf court experiences are advantages
• Good communication skills and problem solving capabilities
• Fluent in speaking and written English
