Planning and organizing the T&D programs
- Planning and organizing Induction Training for new staff.
- Planning and organizing training / re-training programs for all existing staff at all levels.
- Directly planning and organizing training programs upon all new Department Stores’ establishment.
Implementing Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Establishing and controlling the TNA process of the Head Office and all existing Stores.
- Directly implementing and managing all the detailed process of TNA for the Training and Development plan of the whole company.
Directly and indirectly training
- Conducting available and suitable training courses for all staff at Head Office and all staff at Stores.
- Seeking the most cost-efficient and qualified training providers as the outsourcing programs.
- Performing follow-ups after training (both internal and external)
Developing Training Materials and Training Aids
- Researching for new and updated training aids and materials.
- Developing new materials for the current needs and potential needs.
- Translating all necessary training documents.
- Customizing training aids and materials to fit well with the business matters, policies and cultures and values of the Company.
- Co-operating with the management officials and HR staff at all Department Stores to customize and transfer the training aids and materials to each Store.
Being in charge of internal communication activities
- Together with the whole training division, planning, organizing and running various staff activities (staff parties, internal events, team-building activities, etc.).
- Dealing with potential service providers or location providers in organizing these internal events.
Supporting HR- and Training-related works
- Supporting HR Executive at Stores to organize the training programs for non-executive levels.
- Supporting HR Manager in creating HR procedures, Policies & Guidelines, presentation materials, HR policies and the like.
- Translating all documents in need.
- Working closely with the Heads of Store to support all arising issues related to the performance evaluation, training, re-training for both Parkson’s staff and Promoters
- Together with the HR Department, establishing HR-related programs which aim at staff’s motivation, relaxation and satisfaction at work.
Performing additional duties as assigned by Assistant Training Manager and HR Manager
