Talent Management Team Lead is responsible for creating and maintaining the stability of human resources management system through Talent Acquisition, Training Development and Employee Relations activities.
Report to: Head of HR&ADM Department
1. Talent Acquisition (50%)
● Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
● Source potential candidates through off/online channels
● Design job descriptions and interview questions or test that reflect each position’s requirements
● Conduct the mass recruitment/interview based on recruitment process
● Lead employer branding initiatives
● Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
● Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by departments
● Optimize recruitment process and plan recruitment budget in alignment with business strategy
2. Talent Development (30%)
● Make training plan for all job levels
● Set up and maintain training facilities and training materials
● Build and maintenance the company competency
● Coordinate with other departments for the TNA
● Conduct the orientation training for new hires and training evaluation
● Coordinate with the training vendors to implement the training courses
● Using training programs for retention
● Optimize training process and plan training budget in alignment with business strategy
3. Employee Relations (20%)
● Update and maintain employment policies
● Manage employee relation activities and improve employee engagement
● Manage resignation process, conduct exit interview
● Deal with all employee relations issues and maintain good employee relations
● Consult with Trade Union

● Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, English
● Minimum 5 years of working experience in the HR general or familiar position
● Having a solid knowledge of: Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Employee Relations
● Fluent in English. Knowing Japanese or other foreign language is an advantage
● Have a good knowledge of labor law, HRIS and retail industry
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and social networking
● Communication and presentation skills
● Design and conduct the training programe skills
● People management skill
● A good sense of humor is a bonus
● Interview and training skills
● Planning and organizing skills
● Time-management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
● Collaboration and independent skills
● Honest, careful and full of responsibility
