- Responsible in maximizing the effectiveness of all general administration works
- On time & accuracy of all general benefits in compliance with company policy (meal, phone, taxi allowance, etc)
- Execute annual request to ensure uniform, name card for employees as the company policy
- Be responsible for organizing annual vacation/ children day/ autumn festival for employees
- Assist HR manager in controlling G&A cost & expenses in branch.
- Play a supervisory role in leading all third party activities (security, cleaning) and drivers.
- Ensure the safety and security of Hanoi Office & Bac Ninh Factory
- Keep track the compliance of working rule in daily operation follow the Office regulation.
- Daily check/report HRM to ensure office/ premise security, safety & hygiene
- Ensure normal operation and productivity of office facilities/equipment (water, electricity, toilet, air conditioner, lighting, fax and phone, photocopier, printer, projector, freezer, drinking item ...) / regular maintenance.
- Purchase stationary/ office equipment/ office service /drink and emergency medicine/general items as requested
- Control office stationery, equipment (ordering, delivering, distributing, reporting and recording)
- Be responsible for employee’s visas, passports, air ticket, hotel, related application & process when required.
- Manage inventory; order and provide uniforms, name card to staff; collect upon contract termination/ resignation in accordance with policy.
- Assist HR Manager in arranging office car & rental car using & driver’s working schedule under HR Manager’s control and approval.
- Regularly review Notice board to have update information (1 time per week)
Filing company ’s legal document and provide as required by HR Manager
- Keep track of G&A cost. Making monthly G&A report. Enforcement of cost saving initiatives.
- Assist HRM in organization of staff activities / event to improve working relation/ team building.
