Mô tả công việc

- Map out annual training plans for the whole factory
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
- Support in conducting factory-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Develop and deliver training programs as instructed by T&D Supervisor
- Handle logistics for training activities, both in-house and off-site
- Track and report on all training outcomes
- Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Keep current on training design and methodology
- Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or relevant fields
- Experience in developing and delivering innovative and creative learning solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource, or a relevant field
- Knowledge of training methodologies
