- Work with internal trainers to develop, produce training contents, special training course
- Revise and update training policy and audit checking
- Translate training material
- Update SOP, Manual
- Prepare and distribute materials to new store.
- Organize the training according to plan, preparing classes, keep trainers and trainees well informed
- Facilitate and support trainers and trainees
- Track attendant and update status
- Evaluate training feedbacks and training effectiveness
- Review lesson learn and prepare for next section
- Responsible for completion and accuracy of Training Report on timely basis.
- Keep track training result of all employee
- Update and follow up employee training database
- Work with line manager to develop an annual training plan
- Work with L&B M and Department leader to collect yearly training need
- Consolidate all training need to analyze and make training plan for whole year
- Manage on the job training plan of store staff
- Conduct Training Audit.
- Check and improves all service standards established by the company.
- Ensure update of the staff training track record.
- Ensure that Training Stores provide the Quality of training to all Management team.
- Participate in training & development, meetings and other development programs
- Conduct general orientation programs.
- Conduct train the trainer to Store management team to ensure store manager are well equip with training skill.
- Conduct soft skill training to reinforce and enhance staff, manager’s skill set
- Follow up people development plan to ensure store staff are trained follow by career road map to meet company expansion plan
- Work closely with Area Manager/Operation Manager to realize the talent
