Mô tả công việcMission:
Job holder is accountable on the volume of company product selling and service provide to company business partners; dealers and users.
Job holder has to know and be able to analyze the market, at least concerns the responsible areas
Job holder has to implement the commercial policy thru the application of the entity/companys sales methods
Job holder has to accountable for Dealer and User accounts portfolio
Deploys an action plan concerns the customers (dealer/users) in the assigned territory.
Develop (together with concerns parties) and deploys the necessary tools and documentations which are to be used with customers e.g. price list, tools or equipment, dealer card, end user card, etc.
Create the development of sales volume and Share Of Market (SOM) concerns the assigned territory
Bring in or create new dealers and end users
Develop volume and SOM of their portfolio
Building up the relationship with dealers and end users
Contribute to promotion events and carry on company campaigns to dealer and end users
Develop a performance report and circulation to concerns parties.
Collaborate with concerns parties to ensure all customers issues are effectively treated.
Accountable for the level of credit, the solvency of dealer
Accountable sales target and negotiate in order to reach the objective setting for dealers
Manage/ implement distribution approach methodology and partnering programs
When meeting with dealer, has to manage purchase quality, stock checking, etc.
Preparing margin calculation concerns vs competitors
Improves basic technical knowledge and sales skills to dealers
End users activities:
Promote and develop end users share of account by
Visit end users and follows up the performance of the companys product and also competitors
Inspect vehicles and tracking tries, including provide the recommendation
Yêu cầu công việcRequirement:
- 3-5 years experiences in sales position in technical products. Preferable in buidling material, chemicals, automobile, lubricant industry or tool or machinery
- Good Analyst skill, Technical background
- Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
- Good under pressure and non- standard working time
- Willing travelling
