Client Management
- Manage and handle of key client briefs, project and requests
- Manage and ensure quality of our client services
- Key person supervising the excellence of project, effectively manage and interpret client feedback; guide and lead Account Executive (AE) to implement projects smoothly and effectively
- Day-to-day management of clients and their requests including presentations, documentation, client activity administration, etc.
- Support line manager in developing initiatives for new business or extending existing business
Strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand industry/market trends and the success factors critical to the organisation’s long-term sustainability and competitiveness
- Be able to conduct project planning and reporting, and support line manager with campaign planning as well as strategic annual or quarterly plans
Leadership & People Management
- Take responsibility for management and motivation of account team members to allow them to achieve their potential
- Proactive and energetic working attitude, and always be positive
