- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, company events, etc.
- Support recruitment process (e.g. receive CV and coordinate with Team Leaders to arrange interviews, follow up the offers)
- Handle the purchase process including equipments, office supplies, etc.
- Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers and support them to plan appointments/events and make travel arrangements.
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Assist the team to welcome and direct visitors to the office.
- Review and recommend changes to our company policies.
- Build employee relationship and host team building.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Participate in weekly meetings.
- Takes ownership of assigned works.
- Analyze customer requirements and maintain documentation.
- Communicate with engineering team for solving problems.
