Job Responsibility: 1. Define market and implement the sales activities to get a set target of database 2. Convert from database to qualified leads and close the deals 3. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company objectives 4. Student outreach and support - Plan and implement regular program information sessions with prospective students - Provide support during information sessions registration, school visits, recruitment seminars and conduct campus tour - Handle students queries via phone, mail, online channels or face to face - Conduct regular follow up with prospective students 5. Student relationship management: Maintain good service relationship with existing students and establish new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales target 6. Student consultation - Provide advise with regards to admission requirements and program benefits to prospective students - Assist newly enrolled students with enrollment process and career options 7. General ad-hod duties - Serve as consultant to internal department with regards to recruitment training for new program consultants - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager Key Performance Indicators: - Number of new students per month, per quarter, per class - Number of calls made per day - Number of appointments and consultations - Total calling time & Call quality
