Reporting to the Country Claims and Operation Officer, you will have the opportunity to partner with colleagues that have a similar educational background, skills and experience as yourself.

** The roles:
- To ensure acknowledgement of all claims within standard turnaround time, segmenting the claims into the right claims office and providing the appropriate guidance to our customers in terms of next steps and setting the expectations.
- To ensure that correspondences and files are systematically processed, handled and managed.
- To monitor and ensure claims are adequately reserved at all times.
- Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met
- Resolves inquiries/problems with policyholders and claimants.
- Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner
- To provide quality service to both internal customers (Profit Center, Agency dept. etc.) and external customers (Brokers, Agents, etc.).
- To manage and provide other administrative supports both to internal and external customers.
- Responsible for communicating customer requirements to the production team, in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution
- Communicate effectively with the Claims Team, the Sales Team, and the Production Team
- Comply with all safety requirements, work rules and regulations
- Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Prepare various management reports, when required.
