- Responsible for reviewing cost breakdowns to ensure they are on-time and accurately reported.
- Responsible for supporting Development with cost estimates and options for achieving targets, and also provide suggestions for solving product costing issues effectiveness and efficiency
- Responsible for negotiating product costs that meet the customer needs and profit requirements of the company.
- Independently lead product costing with well control and manage specific project cost such as HF Welding, Heat Emboss, Embroidery, Printing, Painting, Yield Interlocking, Loss Allowance etc…
- Coordinates costing process, ensuring that communication of key project lists and information is completed.
- Hosting Costing training to new team member and organize other specific training projects needed.
- Mentor and support Costing Engineer and Assistant Costing Engineer in their development.

Education and Major:
- BA Degree with major Administration Business/ Accounting/ Finance or related fields.
- English fluency in both verbal and writing
- Strong knowledge of footwear industry, specializing in product costing, product development, or marketing
- Advanced MS Office skills and database skills with the ability to learn internal systems and programs.
- Ability to anticipate problems, offers solutions, develops strategies and addresses issues within the costing process in order to meet financial targets.
