• In this role, you will aid in the development, design, and implementation of future automation equipment. Furthermore, you will become a technical automation expert continuously improving, supporting, and managing current automated operations.
• Responsibilities include control systems design and support, component specification, and PLC/HMI/MCU/robotics/vision programming. Shop floor experience with electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, and machine startup/troubleshooting is very desirable. Applicant should have experience in the automation industry and have a Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Job Title & Grade: Vision Engineer II
Basic Job Description:
- Vision application design & maintain

- Responsible for building cost breakdown to ensure they are on-time and accurately completed.

Job requirement:
1. Responsible for accurate, timely PFC generated to BOL at each key development stage.

Responsibilities
1. Lead the trial meetings with respective departments; analyze feature on new pattern and tooling construction in order to provide feedback/suggestion to smooth both trials and mass production.
2. Plan, run and track sample trials; ensure trials and PFC are aligned; give feedback/suggestion/solutions to Development and Engineering team after trials for improvement.
3. Through trials, collect result and data to setup standards for process details and equipment conditions including all sub-process, computer stitching and manufacturing tools.
4. Building up PFC by making out drawing and standard production flow including description. Support team member in PFC building up; Ensure PFC and BOL is updated on PCM system; Finalize, track and manage approval process for PFC and BOL.
5. Manage trials for both internal and external product transfer process.
6. Transfer tech package to mass production; support mass production in problem solving.
7. Integrate and set up process & standards of automation equipment.
8. Enhance teams technical capability through training and coaching fresh and junior engineers. Collect, analyze and share best practices in pattern making and trial running in order to help team learn from experience and prevent problems.

- Làm quen với PFC , hệ hống ERP và quy trình sản xuất truyền thống
- Hoàn thành nghiên cứu thời gian và dữ liệu dung lượng của máy tự động
- Hỗ trợ nhóm tự động hóa đánh giá máy tự động
- Thực hiện công cụ đánh giá tác động dự dán (PIT) của Nike cho công nghệ của MM
Nhiệm vụ:
- Thu thập PFC từ các category khác nhau và hiểu được các quá trình trong PFC
- Sử dụng hệ thống SAP để theo dõi mẫu giày mới, rập mới, BOM và thu thập dữ liệu IE
- Xác định chức năng, nguyên lý hoạt động , quy trình công việc giữa công nhân và máy
- Hiểu được những phương pháp đo đạc ở xưởng sản xuất và các báo cáo của IE
- Quay video khi đang làm thử nghiệm
- Hiểu được quy trình thao tác chuẩn của máy tự động
- Thu thập dữ liệu và thông tin từ máy tự động (PFC, dung lượng , thời gian chu kỳ , bố trí,…)
- Tạo ra phương pháp thu thập thời gian chu kỳ và dung lượng của máy tự động dựa trên phương pháp thử nghiệm
- Thực hiện phân tích độ nhạy và đưa ra báo cáo phân tích
- Xác định giới hạn dựa trên phân tích dữ liệu của máy tự động với những model khác nhau
- Xây dựng sơ đồ chuỗi giá trị để xác định ảnh hưởng của máy tự động lên dây chuyền sản xuất
- Đề xuất ý tưởng kaizen để cải tiến quy trình
- Dựa trên phương pháp theo tiêu chuẩn của Nike để thu thập dữ liệu từ thử nghiệm và đánh giá

- Cooperate with Scheduling & related departments to build up HR system integrated with MES to provide real-time HR data, design E-display for TM training plan & skill record.

- Conduct maintenance activities on shop – floor as schedule (for K1 & K3 AALL machines): PM plan, RM based on SOP & standardized procedure , preparing Spare parts
- Work with vendor and MM team to study how to operate and maintain new technology/equipment to ensure good implementation in MC
- Conduct training of new technology to MC TPM team
- Conduct machine benefit trail activities or projects and to adapt production needs (OEE, Material saving, Energy saving, operation methods, change- over plan…)
- Implement safety requirements to build culture of safety

- Responsible for reviewing cost breakdowns to ensure they are on-time and accurately reported.
- Responsible for supporting Development with cost estimates and options for achieving targets, and also provide suggestions for solving product costing issues effectiveness and efficiency
- Responsible for negotiating product costs that meet the customer needs and profit requirements of the company.
- Independently lead product costing with well control and manage specific project cost such as HF Welding, Heat Emboss, Embroidery, Printing, Painting, Yield Interlocking, Loss Allowance etc…
- Coordinates costing process, ensuring that communication of key project lists and information is completed.
- Hosting Costing training to new team member and organize other specific training projects needed.
- Mentor and support Costing Engineer and Assistant Costing Engineer in their development.

2. CAM / CAF / GTM sample stage
(1) Review revision with PE and TE if a new tooling.
(2) Follow up with PE for pattern update
(3) Receive & review BOM and CAD
(4) Communicate with Beaverton developer for discrepancy between BOM / CAD for clarification.
(5) Communicate with internal related depts for preparation of Digao / materials ordering / color swatch checking.
(6) Follow up sample making through all process.
(7) Review pattern trial with PE & sample room for issue
(8) If a new tooling is applied, have to check part pressing.
(9) Communicate with Beaverton for issues of pattern / materials / quality. Ensure material released with MCS#, Lab test.
(10) Ensure all necessary information prepared for costing, review CBD / PE% calculation to nike requirement.
(11) Provide cost saving options whenever is needed.
(12) Ensure samples shipped on time as per Nike request
(13) Update PCM accordingly – FSI
(14) Update project status in weekly report.
(15) Follow up on Wear Test Sample / result, IDS report.
(16) Upload files of upper pattern / tooling 2d & 3d upon revisions
(17) Communicate with JV team for support.
3. RFC Stage
(1) Ensure MBOM released on time to prepare digao and color swatch for production.
(2) Prepare pre-RFC package for Beaverton developer
(3) Anticipate RFC trial with Commercialization team.
(4) Upload PFC to nike system.
4. Confirmation Stage : Ensure to get confirmation samples and color swatches made & confirmed prior to production
5. EXT Trial : anticipate EXT trial
6. FSR Trial : anticipate FSR trial
