GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the highest quality of daily operations of administration services, office management, event planning and execution in a professional and timely manner on a wide variety of matters.

The Ideal Admin Executive Intern will have a cheery disposition, impeccable organizational skills, and prior experience in an assistant role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASK:
B.1. Office Services: (50%)
Manage all the Admin documentations and related legal papers, track and implement the renewal / liquidation...etc with vendors.
Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. office facilities, office services, admin items...etc) and collect the feedback on services and cost data for reporting.
Check utilities, machines and equipment of the office and studio every day then coordinate the treatment or directly deal with problems, failures, warranty, maintenance, change...etc
Liaise and deal with vendors, including cleaning, catering, security, renting agencies…etc
B.2 Purchasing Services: (40%)
Optimize the Admin budget and purchasing fund, conduct the search for the suitable vendors and negotiate the profitable option.
Proceed purchasing including order / booking, purchase, agreement, delivery, payment under the Administrations services and / or the requested directory.
Update and track stock lists, manage the store, provide data for reporting.
B.3 Other tasks: (10%)
Organize the employee engagement events such as Happy Hour, Happy Food Day, Year-end Party, Christmas, New Year, etc under approved plan and budget.
Every quarter, propose solutions or suggestions to improve service quality or contribute to team effectiveness.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

CREATORY is looking for a Commercial Producer who involves and is responsible for every step in creating video advertisements and creative ads campaigns. Main tasks will include producing digital commercial films such as iTVC, viral videos, social media advertisement videos, MV, Display Ads, influencer marketing videos, and etc. These ads dont have to be strictly to attract customers--they can also be to inform, entertain, or instruct as well. B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Turning client marketing brief into story ideas and into final commercial films with profitable return
• Steer the commercial video campaign from beginning to completion and beyond.

[Planning & Proposal]
• Often the first person to get involved in a project with focuses on the deal as creative agency.
• After creating the initial concept, producer will help with the script and determine the amount of money needed to invest in casting, equipment and film crews.

• May also figure out ways to acquire the funding from product manufacturers or other interested parties for product placement sponsorship.
[Pre-production]
• Bring together the key members of the creative team (Director, Cinematographer and Production Designer and key cast members.)

• Responsible for generating the words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany advertising visuals.
