A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CREATORY is looking for a Senior Creative or Creative Director who can conceive and implement visual marketing programs that range from digital commercial film to social media viral video. The Senior/ Creative Director will be responsible for developing engaging collateral for our clients that tells a story and elicits an emotional response from viewers (consumers). The successful candidate will work closely with the planning, design, graphic arts, video production and marketing personnel to deliver content that exceeds the expectations of our clients and viewers.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Initiate and design complex and simple marketing plans based on client specifications
• Ensure that each project has the specific financial and personnel resources it requires to be successful
• Attend sales presentations to help clients understand the creative angle of each marketing program
• Work with the executive team to implement marketing materials for the firm to help increase the firm’s exposure
• Collaborate with design personnel to ensure that all creative ideas are presented properly
• Be creative with content, quick with trend, and apply new innovation for the production output.

A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
CREATORY is looking for a Commercial Producer who involves and is responsible for every step in creating video advertisements and creative ads campaigns. Main tasks will include producing digital commercial films such as iTVC, viral videos, social media advertisement videos, MV, Display Ads, influencer marketing videos, and etc. These ads dont have to be strictly to attract customers--they can also be to inform, entertain, or instruct as well. Commercial producers are involved with all creative decisions on a commercial set, including tasks like interpreting the script, choosing who the actors are, and special effects with a team of creative director, contents, and production team.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Turning client marketing brief into story ideas and into final commercial films with profitable return
• Steer the commercial video campaign from beginning to completion and beyond.
• Be accountable for the success of the finished film.
• Responsible for the smooth functioning of daily operations

[Planning & Proposal]
• Often the first person to get involved in a project with focuses on the deal as creative agency.
• After creating the initial concept, producer will help with the script and determine the amount of money needed to invest in casting, equipment and film crews.

• May also figure out ways to acquire the funding from product manufacturers or other interested parties for product placement sponsorship.
[Pre-production]
• Bring together the key members of the creative team (Director, Cinematographer and Production Designer and key cast members.)
• Approve locations, studio hire, the final shooting script, production schedule and est. budget.
[Production]
• Responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of the team.
• Constant communication and consultation with the content production and other key creatives, on and off set.
• Responsible for making sure crewmembers and cast members are on time and on budget.
• Approve all script changes and cost reports.
• Must solve unforeseen problems and delegate production duties appropriately.
• Responsible for the quality of each commercial produced. Quality control can involve several duties, such as verifying accurate information and placing legal disclaimers into advertisements.

Copywriter will be responsible for developing engaging advertising video ideas for our clients that tells a story and elicits an emotional response from viewers (consumers) as a result of effective advertisement. Sr. Copywriter will lead other content planners and support creative director in delivering advertising idea to viral result.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produces briefs and scripts for advertising campaigns and amends advertising copy according to feedback.
• Responsible for generating the words, slogans and audio scripts that accompany advertising visuals.
• Creating advertising ideas for video, which typically contain an integrated verbal and visual concept, with the ability to make an imaginative leap and an intuitive understanding of the public the advert is aimed at.
• Responsible for constant detailed revision and rewriting either at the request of the client or to tune up the communication for maximizing views and engagement.
• Meeting with account executives to discuss the clients requirements and core messages and target audience.
• Familiarising with the product, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
• Brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visual and words with other members of the creative team to conceive and complete effective advertisements.
• Presenting initial ideas to the creative director, some of which may be rejected or developed into workable concepts.
• Writing various copy options, which may be presented to the client as a story-board.
• Overseeing the production phase, booking and liaising with inhouse members and outsourcing production companies.
• Casting external KOLs to appear in adverts if required.
