Mô tả công việc
Currently we are open for vacancies for both Hanoi headquarter and HCM branch.
- Receive RFQ (request for quotation) from customer, contact purchasing team/ suppliers to get buying price, making quotation and send back to customer.
- Receive PO (purchase order) from customer and follow up PO, delivery status to meet customer deadline.
- Control inbound, outbound cargos and arrange for delivery
- Solving the problems relate to PO (urgent requests, defect items, missing items, discontinued items, unqualified items, late delivery items...) as well as resolve warranty after selling.
- Make KPI report on RFQ, delivery, etc. for managers and customers
- Fulfill other tasks assigned by managers
Yêu cầu công việc
- Prefer candidates have at least 1 years’ experience in the same position
- For vacancy in HN: prefer male
- Bachelor degree: Major in Business Administration, Economics…
- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills
- Experienced e-Commerce business area is preferred
- Have ability to communicate in English
- Active and flexible
- Time, task & deadline management skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Be able and willing to work under high pressure
