To lead the legal entity in Vietnam as the leading supplier in the market by developing business strategy and fostering cooperative relationship with distributors and customers. Ensure fulfilment of all respective goals in terms of sales, profit & cash flow. • Represent the company in Vietnam towards all stakeholders, lead the country management team and encourage an open and productive environment, foster a customer centric culture. • Develop and implement the right structure and efficient business development strategy, focus on result improvement in terms of sales, profit and cash flow and enable all functions to contribute to the group strategies. Make sure the country is in line with the segment/group requirements in terms of product supply and other functional requirements. • Build and form the sales and service organisation to perform excellently and to fit and match the market requirements. Lead the sales and service team providing sufficient support to distributors and actively interacting with customers and potentials. • Actively search and recognize business opportunities and fully exploit the market potential incl. implementing CRM/ service tools, developing premium market messaging to positively position dorma+kaba in the market, defining and implementing the business plan. • Be accountable for budget and P/L planning and results as well as the overall performance of the company. Establish and improve sales and product strategies to drive market demand for products in the area of responsibility.
Job Summary: The Specification Executive takes ownership for promoting, presenting and selling dormakaba products and services to achieve sales objectives within our product ranges. His/her main responsibility is to act as a specialist to provide information related to our products (Specifications, design, solutions, Sales Info) to the various partners (Architects, Developers, government officials, etc.) of dormakaba to drive positive long-term results. Responsibilities include: - Identify, research, and contact prospective partners (Architects / Consultants / Developers / Contractor, etc.) to build positive relationships that will generate future sales - Promote, present and demonstrate products technically thru the understanding of customer needs and to act as a consultant to our partners - Site Meetings with architects, developer, construction companies, distributors and dealers - Prepare specification for projects and coordinate with dormakaba partners for Project Specifications - Support Sales Team by following up projects that require deep technical knowledge and provide technical advice to partners and colleagues - Provide solution with the best combination of products, services, logistics, and support so as to ensure that dormakaba is the trusted ndustry leader.
