- Attend meeting and have a discussion and advice and action with employee who absent the previous day. Follow and control previous absent leave form of workers so that make sure workers submit leave form within the first day come back
- Improve employee satisfaction through coordinate with Nurse to check operation and quality of canteen (Checking meal, tea, cake service early morning, lunch & dinner)
- Regular check and remind employee about health, safety and environment when walking to the floor. Everyday ER Staff comes to floor to check working environment, to ensure that disadvantage or complain of workers about facilities, environment will be highlighted on time and report to Department Heads and relevant Managers
- Meet and motivate TMO and sharing with TMO who cannot pass skill test when they come near skill test date with Work Study. Attend meeting with TMO and report comment from TMO to related departments and follow up corrective action 2 days/week
- Meet Big sister, Supervisor every day and get information and report comment to HRM & Assistant HRM, and conduct regular meeting weekly with Big sister
- Solve unfriendly and conflict relationship happened at working place between Line Manager, Junior Manager and Employee.
- Call and visit employee (come to their house (If need)) who absent to find out the actual reason, advise and being consultant to improve their absenteeism and report absent reason. Visit employee in case they are sick, or their house have funeral, sadness. Meet and motivate employee to stay and work at company as long as possible and convince employee who intend to resign so that they can stay and continue to work and report to HRM and Assistant HRM
- Support and coordinate with HRM and Assistant HRM in training and retraining every year
- Making Resignation Report and Absent Report
- Update, follow issuing drinking water bottles & lockers for employees
