HSE scope:
- Developing, deploying and monitoring the annual HSE plans, internal audit plans, occupational health and safety environmental goals, risk assessment plans, training plans and other related plans and monitoring to ensure the implementation of the plan fully and on time
- Update new changes of legal obligations and customer requirements relevant to social compliance.
- Coordinate establish the policy/procedure and make adjustments when there is a change from legal documents or customer standards
- Manage and prepare documents of internal audits, audits of customers, third party and government departments
- Plan and organize training classes on occupational safety requirements of law and client standards; report of training results.
- Regular checking of occupational safety and sanitation, reporting results, monitoring the corrective actions plan.
- Conduct an accident / incident investigation, identify the cause and remedial plan.
- Schedule inspection equipment with strict requirements
- Testing of drinking and domestic water according to regulations.
- In charge of fire protection system, periodic drills, ...
- Provide/check PPE using of employees
- Chemical use process monitoring
- Prepare periodic reports on occupational safety and environment and submit to authorities on time.
- Coordinate with IE ensuring safety machine.
CSR scope:
- Manage validity of social compliance certificates: Higg FEM, SMETA, CTPAT, Higg FSLM
- Communicate with sales/customers about social programs and requirements.
- Conduct CSR internal audit annually
- Follow up findings of audits and report progress.
ESG scope:
- Check and report sustainability data to Hongkong on 20 monthly.
- Report in ESG meeting.
- Ensure ESG project process on time and been follow up.
- Propose the initative ESG for company
