Mô tả công việc

• Planning production and Monitor manufacturing production
• Testing all the formulas before putting them into production and knowing each ingredient in the formulas that can affect quality, productivity and actively working to ensure the productivity, required quality.
• Checking, monitoring the productivity results, daily inventory to adjust the implementation of production when there is a need.
• Testing, considering, urging all departments to ensure the schedule and the standard quality.
• Organizing periodic maintenance, ensuring repair quality, maximizing production efficiency.
• Arranging rational warehouse, ensuring sufficient space according to the production schedule to meet the required quantities.
• Monitoring, urging, and checking the safe performance in the factory, maintaining the tidy clean factory, good working environment.
• Handling other arising cases.
• Other tasks will be discussed and assigned by Directors.

Yêu cầu

Job requirements:
• Male≥ 35 years old, university degree preferred in Engineering, Electricity, Chemistry, Production Management
• At least 03 years in the same position in Food/Pharmaceutical/Feeds mill factory
• Knowledge of, or experience with Decantor/ Evapotor systems
• Leadership, management, inspection, guidance, planning, production organization.
• Regularly on business
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient in writing and communicating in English
